Day 1 – Johannesburg to Golden Gate: Early morning run before travel.
Day 2 – Golden Gate NP: Mountain running day.
Day 3 – Nieu‑Bethesda (A): Long transfer, rest.
Day 4 – Nieu‑Bethesda (C): 21 km climb on tar and gravel.
Day 5 – De Rust (C): Recovery and short runs.
Day 6 – Prince Albert (A): Meiringspoort 21 km run.
Days 7–8 – Tankwa Karoo (C): Remote desert endurance stages.
Day 9 – Cape Town: Final run and expedition finish.
