DAY‑BY‑DAY HIGHLIGHTS

Day 1 – Johannesburg (A): High‑altitude run through hilly Johannesburg.
Day 2 – Malolotja NP, Eswatini (C): Travel Day, afternoon stretch run.
Days 3–4 – Mlilwane Wildlife Sanctuary (C): Long, slow endurance run.
Day 5 – Ballito Beach (A): Coastal recovery run on the beach.
Days 6–8 – Drakensberg & Golden Gate (C): Big mountain running days.
Days 9–10 – Malealea, Lesotho (A huts): Full‑day mountain runs at extreme altitude.
Days 11–14 – Nieu‑Bethesda to Prince Albert (C/A): Karoo roads and the iconic Meiringspoort 21 km run.
Days 15–17 – Tankwa Karoo (C): Multi‑day stage‑style running between remote camps.
Days 18–21 – Cederberg to Cape Town (A): Recovery, then finale ascents of Table Mountain and Lion’s Head.

Important notes:
Each runner must carry a small backpack with tent and sleeping bag. Most meals are provided; occasional meals are at own expense.

This is not a race. It is a journey measured in kilometres, resilience and shared achievement.
